Jujube is an Accredited Practising Dietitian dedicated to helping people unlock their full health potential and become the best version of themselves.

Jujube’s passion for food and nutrition began as a teenager when she found herself overwhelmed by the conflicting health advice on social media. After four years of hard work, she graduated with First Class Honours in Nutrition and Dietetics from Queensland University of Technology. Combining academic excellence, up-to-date evidence, and practical problem-solving skills, Jujube’s goal is to support you every step of the way on your health journey so you don’t have to go through the same struggles she did.

Jujube’s approach is evidence-based, empathetic, and client-centred. She believes all foods can fit into a balanced diet, and a healthy relationship with food is key to lasting success. She also champions a food-first approach and sees real foods as the cornerstone of happiness, lifelong health, and environmental sustainability. Having grown up in Hong Kong, Jujube values different food cultures and traditions. She is committed to providing culturally sensitive care and making complex nutrition concepts simple and accessible. She also enjoys sharing bold, unique dishes that you might fall in love with.

Jujube has worked across a range of settings, including paediatrics, residential aged care, and high-secure forensic mental health. With her knowledge, compassion, and diverse experience, she’s eager to help you live your healthiest, most confident life. In her free time, Jujube enjoys doing Pilates, spending quality time with her family, and exploring the world. If she could only eat one food forever, it would either be sourdough bread, sweet potatoes, or beans. To this day, it remains one of the toughest questions of her life.
