6 Week Nutrition Challenge Program
Ready to take control of your health? Join our 6-week nutrition program! Whether your goal is weight management, general health, or sports nutrition, this program is designed to help you succeed.
Sessions Include:
Measurements:
Weight and body measurements will be undertaken in the first dietitian appointment and the final dietitian appointment. The weight and body measurements will be confidential to the client, however they are not compulsory.
All session are run by our Accredited Sports Dietitian, Courtney!
Online group sessions: 6 x 1 hr online group Zoom sessions
Individual in-person consults: 2 x 1 hr in-person individual consults
Supermarket tours: 1 x 1 hr supermarket tour for each person
3 x tours in total as they will be limited to 4-5 people. The tours will be held at: Brighton, Blackwood, Reynella (TBC)
Activities Include:
Habit tracking
Daily and weekly habit tracking relevant to your goals
Weekly activities in zoom sessions
Weekly resources and activities for at home
Dietitian-created resources
Activities to enhance your knowledge and develop healthy nutrition habits
Home activities and reflection discussed in following weekly Zoom session
